The GCF700 HMS Olympic bar features eight needle bearings (four on each side), which allow the parts to rotate smoothly under load. Its design eliminates stress on the roller ends, resulting in longer bearing life. Despite their small cross-section, the needle bearings are highly rigid and have a high load capacity.
The two jaw clamps included in the set ensure a stable weight position on the bar during exercise. The attachments have rubber inserts on the inside to prevent the weight from loosening.
