Gumitex 5% Products made with Prolen® fibers are an innovative solution that eliminates the unpleasant feeling of sweat. Prolen®'s water absorption rate is close to zero (only 0.01% at 65% air humidity and 20°C). Prolen® transports moisture to the outside or to another absorbent yarn, from which it gradually evaporates. Direct contact of Prolen® with the skin eliminates sweating, leaves the skin dry and odorless, and ensures a perfect balance between temperature and humidity, even in the most extreme conditions. Proper airflow through the unconnected capillaries of the skin creates an optimal microclimate between the skin and the socks.
