Unchaining the chain

a powerful set for breaking chains without using a grinder

select the appropriate pin diameter (Ø3, Ø3.5 or Ø5 mm) and sleeve diameter (Ø4, Ø5 or Ø6 mm) corresponding to the pin diameter in the chain

Place the pin in the tool, position the tool on the chain connection and rotate the tool until the pin falls out

Chain assembly

assemble the chain according to the manufacturer's recommendations

select the correct size of the press-in adapter depending on the size of the boards (length up to 13.5mm or 16mm)

Place the assembly in the tool. Place the tool on the chain to be joined and tighten the riveting pin by turning the handle until the chain is firmly connected.

after placing the pin and plates, place the pin

You can choose from three types of riveting pins (A, B or C)

Place the riveting set into the tool and rotate the handle to crimp the pin head, for diameters of 5.5 to 5.8 mm according to the chain manufacturer's instructions
