The new Comici pants, made using the bodymapping technique, combine the advantages of SALEWA Stormwall softshell material with natural wool to ensure even better thermal insulation. These pants guarantee effective protection, complete freedom of movement and exceptional comfort in harsh mountain conditions. These pants are named in honor of the legendary Emilio Comici, one of the greatest mountaineers of all time.
Hybrid design
Stormwall® This membrane series offers excellent wind protection. Salewa uses this type of membrane for its technical clothing. The series consists of membranes with varying degrees of water vapor permeability and wind and water resistance. They are also combined with materials of various structures and weights. Stormwall® garments effectively retain heat and dryness, making them extremely comfortable to wear. They provide excellent wind protection and, to some extent, water protection. Thanks to their use, adverse weather conditions have no easy way to overcome the clothing.
Designed for use in the mountains
The pants feature a slim, ergonomic waistband with an adjustable waistband that fits perfectly under gear, two low-profile, easy-access pockets and one large cargo pocket. Side vents with zippers allow for effective ventilation during activity. Double-stitched seams increase durability, and the lower parts of the pants with zippers and integrated hooks allow for a precise fit over the boots, thus reducing contact with the blades of the crampons. Cordura® reinforcements protect against cuts and abrasions, and internal linings prevent snow from penetrating the fabric.
