- The MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a comfortable and supportive mid-cut, three-season shoe that performs well on rocky and technical terrain. Carrying more weight means expending more energy. We've reduced weight by using a lightweight yet highly durable textile upper with suede overlays. The waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining makes it ideal for three-season mountain use, from higher levels of activity in summer to rain, mud, or snow.
- Fit is what sets each shoe apart. Our durable mid-cut construction provides ample room to comfortably accommodate your toes while providing all-day comfort and support with just the right amount of flexibility. Inside, an EVA midsole provides good cushioning and rebound.
- For added stability and protection, there's a forgiving ankle cuff, heel stabilizer, and rubber toe cap. Underfoot, the outsole offers reliable traction thanks to a Pomoca rubber compound and a tread with deep lugs and grooves, and the versatility to handle a wide range of terrain, from mud and grass to rocks, ice, and snow.
